The moment I pulled-in the service center Miss Mandy Mouring was all smile. When I showed her the minder on my dashboard she immediately saw “B16” and quickly told me that my 2017 Pilot does not need that service for the miles where my car was at and I she has not even asked me about the mileage for the vehicle. She is steps ahead of me and very knowledgeable. Service was amazing and quick. I was in-and-out. Definitely will come back next time my car needs a service.
