I had my car serviced today there. I was very disappointed when I asked about a problem that I remembered while I was waiting and was informed to just check the diagnostics, I would have to wait another 2-3 hours for that to be conducted, and that did not include fixing the problem. It was not so much that you guys were behind and I would have to wait as it was the delivery of information.

Overall I had a good experience. I only have one complaint. I didn’t notice it until after I made my purchase and went home that the dealership had installed the front license plate on my new car. In doing so they drilled into my front bumper. I didn’t notice not ask for this and it is NOT required in the state. Other than that it was a good experience

I took ownership of my parents Honda Accord .I noticed they had some recalls that needed to be addressed. I went online and scheduled an appointment. I also scheduled there $49.99(out the door ) oil change service. When I went to drop of the vehicle I mentioned to the service rep that sometimes the car doesn't start on first time, but when you pump the brakes it starts . The service department did such a great job today and yes,they do deserve a 5 star review. My service representative,Alina was very informative and kept us updated with our services. I'm a disabled Marine vet, which is kinda obvious from the USMC hat I wear and the handicap sticker on my Honda Pilot. The check engine lights came on while wintering here in Biloxi from Ohio. Took it to Peck for diagnosis. They charged a $185 diagnostic fee and removed the spark plugs to tell me they are fouled out and need replaced. I can't say anything positive about my experiences with the service department. 3 out of 4 visits have been terrible. The service advisors hardly seem to know what's going on and the mechanics aren't thorough. For example, they don't clear the codes out and expect you to get in your car and drive away with warning lights lit up. They do test drives, so why is this still a problem? It shouldn't take 2 hours & 45 minutes to get the oil changed in my car. I have never had service faster than 2 hours at your dealership. I love my Fit & plan to buy another Honda soon. It won't be at Pat Peck Honda. I won't get my oil changed there again either.

I took my car in for routine oil change today for the first time at Pac Peck Honda. I made an appointment & arrived early. They checked me in early. A kind associate showed me to the waiting area & their complimentary refreshments. I did notice down the hall way, they also had a kids room, where little ones could play & be kept entertained while they wait, which is nice. Dealership was clean and waiting area was comfortable. Coffee area was not very well stocked and no Hot Chocolate. Was very disappointed that the cost to replace a dome light bulb was $30.00 I mean really! I worked in the Automotive Service Department for 15 years as a Service Manager and would never charge the customer labor to install a bulb! Customer buys the bulb snd the service tech. Installs it! It takes 2 minutes to install.

3 hours to get oil change and tire pressure problem check to be told there was no problem with the tire. The next tire shop removed a 3 inch finish nail and found front tires show steel and cupping.

I brought my Honda Fit in for a fuel pump replacement due to recall. Also had engine oil and brake fluid changed. Inspection was phone video recorded which I thought was very professional. Today I went in for regular maintenance with an appointment. I did show up an hour early so I thought it would inky take 2 hours max. The rep came to me and said there was a recall for my pilot and asked if I wanted it fixed. I said yes thinking it wouldn’t take that long as she didn’t give me a time. 4 and a half hours later my car was fixed. Not once did she come say she was sorry or it was taking longer than usual.
