Dropped my car off 30 minutes early for a 4:00 PM appointment. By 5:00 PM, I noticed it was parked out side and assumed it was finished. Nope. It hadn't even been moved to the back yet, and I only found out because I text them to ask for an update. Pat Peck Honda and Group 1 Automotive have to do better. Don't allow customers to book specific appointment times online if you have no intention of keeping them. Your time isn't the only time that matters. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me.
Seemed pretty nice. I was only there for a little maintenance but I didn’t have any problems.

Very bad customer service oncerning my warranty. I was toldby service dept that I had to wait for oil light to come on before I could get my 2nd oil change that was due in December. I had only put on about 6000 miles. So when oil light cane on I went in fir my warranty oil change and was told I would have to pay since I didnt come in when it was,due last December. Went in for scheduled oil change, filter changes, and break fluid change. Was met by Jonathan!! A very kind and enthusiastic associate. Everything went by quick and smoothly. Was able to be taken as soon as I arrived, which is ver convenient.
Had a multi point inspection and AC repair performed. All immediate concerns were taken care of in a timely fashion. Robert was our service representative and he was friendly, communicative, and took care of our issues.
Dealership is nice and clean, good customer service. They treat there customers with the upmost respect.

I have bought 2 Pilots from this dealership and have always taken them here for all point inspections, oil/filter changes, etc. Always courteous and knowledgeable. Last June I was advised that the brakes would need work sometime in the future. In November they weren’t ready but today they needed attention. I appreciate being told that there will be needed repairs in the foreseeable future. No surprises. I had already noticed that my tires were looking worn. I have bought several cars from Pat Peck Honda and have always been satisfied with the sales service I received from Ron Duccini (maybe misspelled). I have been happy with the service also. Every one were very knowledgeable about my car, knew exactly what was needed and the technician showed me a video of every thing they did.
The timing was very good considering that I did not have an appointment, I was please.
Had a schedule apptn for noon for an oil change, said it would be 1 hr. After waiting for 1-1-2, check on my services, saw my vehicle was still outside, said they will be getting to it, another 1hr. For just an oil change it taken two hours total! Services was very unsatisfactory! The staff should of total me services was going to take long because they didn't have enough employees. Did not tell me anything until I went to check!
Prompt courteous service that was reasonable and they honored coupon and a fluid flush that was on sale as well

Hi, I want to say a special Thank you to Alina for solving the issue I had which was a nail in my tire. Saturday, I came for an oil change and everything was good until Sunday morning I noticed my tire was going flat. My only complaint is the uber/driver service we’d worked on or more people doing it. I could’ve spend $10-$15 to uber home and gotten home quicker
Had an issue with a tire and they were more than happy and willing to help resolve it customer service tax

The Honda dealer we bought our car from was not available to service it on the weekends. I called Pat Peck and the operator got me scheduled that very weekend. Everyone was incredibly friendly and I was in and out of the service area within an hour. I have never seen a service department at a dealer run as smoothly as this one was. We will definitely be getting all the service done here from now on!

Set up service appointment that supported our urgent timeline - we were on a road trip from out of state. Friends, quick and very reasonable cost.

Everything went well, I was greeted promptly and my car taken back. The lady directed me to the waiting area where there were snacks, water and coffee.
The technician, Miguel was very thorough on diagnosing the parasitic drain and communicated extremely well by texting videos and answering all my questions.
They say one thing and do something else. You have an agreement and then they want to change it at the last minute.
Checking my car in for oil change and tires rotation was quick. Ratings 1-10. I rated the service a 8.
Service department is sub par. Customer service just dismisses customers concerns. I can also never get a receipt/invoice after work is done (I always have to go back at a later date)
Purchasing an Accord from Pat Peck Honda was the easiest vehicle purchase I had ever experienced! The salesperson was very knowledgeable of the car. The manager and finance team were great as well! They were able to answer all my questions!

Great job taking care of my vehicle with an oil change and a tire rotation. The recommended area of improvement would be to ensure that the sensors/lights are recalibrated before the customer drives away. After driving about 15 miles away from the dealership my tire sensor light came on. I drove back and it was immediately fixed by the professionals but it was definitely an inconvenience.
The service department is always helpful and courteous. They have nice accommodations in the waiting area while your car is being serviced.

Every time I make an appointment, I have an issue with the fact of those don't guarantee an actual appointment. There seems to be an enormous amount of employee turnover there as well.

Poor customer service, I stated multiple times that my wife and daughter would be waiting for service. 2 hours go by and I ask how much longer is it going to be the advisor says I thought you were dropping it off. They haven’t started yet. Need I say more!

Had my timing belt and water pump and a couple more things replaced. It was regular maintenance. The dealership is great and my service advisor Alina Blett is the best. She kept me updated and was very informative. Would definitely recommend her and the dealership.

Jeremy,mgr and Darnell,finance, were fabulous. April,sales,not so much. She failed to scan dl and ins card. Called about a crack in the windshield. Faxed dl and ins card to finance. She called to let us know bank required info to be scanned and when we came in to bring info she required, “they” would look at the crack. Paid to have crack repaired ($50) as I did not inspect vehicle before leaving the lot.

I made an appt with Alina to have my husband’s key issue with his car .. he couldn’t unlock his door.. when we arrived we were met with the technician who explained what he thought the problem was and that Honda has a kit to fix the issue/issues.. Always good reliable service at Pat Peck. I live pretty far from the location but I never regret the drive when I’m getting something serviced on my car.
The routine oil service was scheduled on short notice and completed in a timely manner
I visited the service dept. Today and was greeted by Alanna Mcree - a service advisor. This lady was very professional and knew exactly what to do. She will be the reason I return., although I did NOT like the (ADP) additional dealer profit from the line listed as additional shop charges at $ 44.00.
Services was awesome, quick appointment with no waiting time, very professional reliable efficient and consistent customer services.
Nicholas gave us outstanding customer service, he related all messages about our car in real time!
